CROFIX
This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through the audit request form on crofix.agency. The short version: you send us your details and your store URL, we reply by email with a free audit. We don't track you, we don't advertise to you, and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Andrei Krjukov, trading as CROFIX, based in Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for the information you submit. You can reach us at crofixecom@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the form:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number, store URL and message (optional).
Like any website, our hosting provider also processes basic technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to look at your store and reply to you by email with your free conversion audit, and to continue the conversation if you write back. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails. The audit is free and involves no payment.
4. Legal basis
We process your details because you asked us to do something for you — review your store and send you an audit (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The technical data processed by our hosting provider is based on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
5. Who else handles your data
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes. Two service providers process it on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website, receives your form submission and stores it for us.
- Google (Gmail) provides the email inbox where form notifications arrive and where we correspond with you.
Both companies are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your form submission and our email conversation for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep what's needed for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your data to third-party services.
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it.
Just email crofixecom@gmail.com — we'll respond within one month, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the data protection or privacy authority where you live — for example, your national data protection authority in the EU/EEA, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada. In the United States, you can contact your state's Attorney General.
9. Do you have to give us your data?
No. Filling in the form is entirely voluntary. We just need a name and an email address to be able to send you the audit.
10. Changes to this policy
If the way we handle your data changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
